Reference Cards
Does PharmaCards replace my textbook?
PharmaCards has been designed to be used as a supplemental study tool or as a reference tool in a clinical environment.
PharmaCards does not replace your textbook.
What size are the cards? How sturdy are they?
They are 55.1mm x 86.7mm in size - standard credit card size for ease of use.
They are made with thick plastic to withstand spills and being knocked about when in use in a clinical environment. They are designed to be credit card thickness.
Is all the information on the reference cards accurate?
At PharmaCards, we endeavour to provide the most accurate and up-to-date, however we cannot guarantee that all the information on the cards is accurate. We use reputable sources like therapeutic guidelines, clinical guidelines and literature searches to ensure that our reference cards represent up to date information. Given the evolving nature of healthcare and recommendations of best practice, this information can change at any time.
Additionally, certain information such as lab values or pharmacological interventions can vary from facility to facility, and from country to country. Please refer to your facility's policy for the most reliable source of information. The reference cards are not to be used in substitution of your institution's policies, procedures, or guidelines.
No refunds or returns will be accepted for information inaccuracy reasons.
Shipping and Orders
I entered my address incorrectly, what do I do?
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to correct the issue.
Packages with incorrect addresses are typically returned to us. We will ship it back out to you but will charge you the additional/new shipping cost.
PharmaCards is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly.

How can I track my order?
When you make your purchase, you should get a shipping confirmation email with a button link to view your order. From there, you should be able to track it.
If you don't receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please email us at pharmacards.contact@gmail.com.
